The intro class is a program designed for members who are starting group classes at Leejiwon Pilates or for those who are starting Pilates for the first time.
This program is being conducted at multiple locations at Leejiwon Pilates in Korea with the same content.
In the intro class, we guide you through the essential steps in Pilates, such as proper breathing techniques, basic body analysis, correct body alignment, and setting up Pilates equipment.
Leejiwon Pilates group classes utilize all 4 Pilates main equipment, so it is crucial for members to master how to use the equipment through the intro class.
