PRIVATE lesson

Private lessons are one-on-one lessons between the instructor and the member.

The instructor assesses the member's physical condition through consultation and provides an individualized program tailored to the member's exercise goals.

Private lessons target those who seek health management, dieting, posture and body shape improvement, prenatal and postnatal care, golfers and athletes, and those seeking pain management for diseases…

Programs are provided based on each member's health status and goals to help achieve desired objectives. Members can experience the most effective Pilates for themselves through tailored exercises based on individual needs such as their physical abilities and exercise goals.
